Loom — Eliminar tus datos
Loom has no account. There is nothing to sign up for, no username, and no password — which means there is also no single button that erases everything, because the data does not sit in one place. It sits in four, each belonging to someone different, and each is cleared its own way. This page covers all four, and you can do three of them yourself right now without writing to us.
Loom no tiene cuenta. No hay registro, ni nombre de usuario, ni contraseña — lo que significa que tampoco hay un único botón que lo borre todo, porque los datos no están en un solo sitio. Están en cuatro, cada uno pertenece a alguien distinto y cada uno se borra a su manera. Esta página cubre los cuatro, y tres de ellos puedes hacerlos tú ahora mismo sin escribirnos.
1 · On your phone
Your daily results, your streak, your quilt, your settings and the note of what you have bought are stored on the phone itself and nowhere else.
Uninstalling Loom removes all of it from the phone. There is no reset button inside the game: uninstalling is the reset. One thing can bring it back, and it is the next section.
2 · The backup in your Google account
So that changing phone does not cost you your streak, Android includes that save in its own backup, under your Google account. It is why reinstalling Loom can hand you your quilt back. We cannot read it and we hold no copy of it.
To be rid of it, go to Android's Settings → Google → Backup and either switch backup off or open this device's backup and delete the app's data there. That, and uninstalling the game, leaves nothing on the device side.
3 · Your Google account: purchases and ad choices
If you bought Loom Full, the hint pack or a thread palette, the record of that purchase belongs to your Google account, not to us. It is what lets you restore a purchase on a new phone. You can see it, and request a refund where Google's rules allow one, in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history, or at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory. We cannot delete it for you, and we hold no copy beyond the note on your phone.
If you saw an advertisement, Google holds its own record of that under its own policy, and your consent choice for European players is yours to change at any time from Settings → Ad privacy in the game, or in your Google account at myadcenter.google.com.
4 · Our analytics
This is the only part we hold, and the only part that needs an email. It is a record of what happened in the game — which day was played, how many attempts, whether it was solved, which offer or advertisement was shown — sent to Google Analytics under a random identifier the app invented on your phone. It carries no name, no email and no device identifier, which is why we cannot find yours without your help.
Write to voltix.studios.gaming@gmail.com with the subject Loom data deletion request and tell us, as best you can, the days you played and the streak you had. We delete every record that matches, confirm by email, and do it within 30 days. You can also stop any further record before you write: press and hold the footer of the game's main screen, and switch analytics off in the playtest log.
There is one more thing we run, and it holds nothing to delete: when you finish a day, the app sends the day number, your attempts and your seconds to our own server so the end screen can compare you with everyone who played that cloth. That server keeps only per-day totals — counts, never people — and the one per-phone value it uses to avoid double-counting is a one-way hash that is erased after a week and can name nobody. There is no record there that is yours, so there is nothing there to ask us to remove.
What is not deleted, and why
- Your purchase history stays in your Google account, because it is Google's record of a payment and not ours.
- The Android backup stays until you delete it in Android's own settings, because Google holds it under your account and we cannot reach it.
- Aggregate numbers — how many people solved Sunday's cloth — stay, because once your records are gone nothing in a total points back to you.
- The puzzle itself is the same for everyone and is not about you.
Retention
On the phone, for as long as the app is installed. In Google Analytics, for the retention period set on the property, which is fourteen months at most, after which the records are deleted automatically; totals that carry no identifier may be kept beyond that.

Privacy Policy1 · En tu teléfono
Tus resultados diarios, tu racha, tu colcha, tus ajustes y la nota de lo que has comprado se guardan en el propio teléfono y en ningún otro sitio.
Desinstalar Loom lo elimina todo del teléfono. No hay botón de reinicio dentro del juego: desinstalar es el reinicio. Una sola cosa puede devolverlo, y es la sección siguiente.
2 · La copia de seguridad en tu cuenta de Google
Para que cambiar de teléfono no te cueste la racha, Android incluye ese guardado en su propia copia de seguridad, dentro de tu cuenta de Google. Es lo que hace que reinstalar Loom pueda devolverte la colcha. Nosotros no podemos leerla y no guardamos ninguna copia.
Para deshacerte de ella, ve a los ajustes de Android, Ajustes → Google → Copia de seguridad, y desactiva la copia o abre la copia de este dispositivo y borra ahí los datos de la aplicación. Eso, junto con desinstalar el juego, no deja nada en el lado del dispositivo.
3 · Tu cuenta de Google: compras y elecciones de anuncios
Si compraste Loom Full, el paquete de pistas o una paleta de hilo, el registro de esa compra pertenece a tu cuenta de Google, no a nosotros. Es lo que permite restaurar una compra en un teléfono nuevo. Puedes verlo, y pedir un reembolso cuando las normas de Google lo permitan, en la aplicación Google Play, en Pagos y suscripciones → Presupuesto e historial, o en play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory. Nosotros no podemos eliminarlo por ti, y no guardamos ninguna copia más allá de la nota en tu teléfono.
Si viste un anuncio, Google conserva su propio registro bajo su propia política, y tu elección de consentimiento para jugadores europeos puedes cambiarla en cualquier momento desde Ajustes → Privacidad de anuncios en el juego, o en tu cuenta de Google en myadcenter.google.com.
4 · Nuestras analíticas
Esta es la única parte que guardamos nosotros, y la única que necesita un correo. Es un registro de lo que pasó en el juego —qué día se jugó, cuántos intentos, si se resolvió, qué oferta o anuncio se mostró— enviado a Google Analytics bajo un identificador aleatorio que la aplicación se inventó en tu teléfono. No lleva nombre, ni correo, ni identificador de dispositivo, y por eso no podemos encontrar el tuyo sin tu ayuda.
Escribe a voltix.studios.gaming@gmail.com con el asunto Loom solicitud de eliminación de datos y dinos, lo mejor que puedas, los días que jugaste y la racha que tenías. Eliminamos todos los registros que coincidan, lo confirmamos por correo y lo hacemos en un plazo de 30 días. También puedes impedir cualquier registro nuevo antes de escribirnos: mantén pulsado el pie de la pantalla principal del juego y desactiva las analíticas en el registro de pruebas.
Hay una cosa más que gestionamos, y no guarda nada que borrar: cuando terminas un día, la aplicación envía el número del día, tus intentos y tus segundos a nuestro propio servidor para que la pantalla final te compare con todos los que jugaron esa tela. Ese servidor solo guarda totales por día — recuentos, nunca personas — y el único valor por teléfono que usa para no contar dos veces es un hash irreversible que se borra al cabo de una semana y no identifica a nadie. Allí no hay ningún registro tuyo, así que no hay nada que pedirnos que quitemos.
Qué no se elimina, y por qué
- Tu historial de compras se queda en tu cuenta de Google, porque es el registro de un pago de Google y no nuestro.
- La copia de seguridad de Android se queda hasta que la borres en los ajustes de Android, porque la guarda Google en tu cuenta y no podemos alcanzarla.
- Las cifras agregadas —cuánta gente resolvió la tela del domingo— se conservan, porque una vez borrados tus registros nada en un total apunta a ti.
- El propio puzle es el mismo para todo el mundo y no trata de ti.
Conservación
En el teléfono, mientras la aplicación esté instalada. En Google Analytics, durante el periodo de conservación configurado en la propiedad, que es de catorce meses como máximo, tras lo cual los registros se eliminan automáticamente; los totales sin identificador pueden conservarse más allá.
